The principle design concept of "Form Follows Function" is the baseline of all value engineering options suggested to our architectural clients.  Proper aesthetics can normally be achieved by choosing one of the various wall systems available, each with their own characteristics.  The deciding factor should always be: "Will the system chosen perform its intended function?"  We are able to educate design clients to both the positive and negative characteristics of each product, facilitating the selection of a system that best accommodates both "function" then "form".

When providing value engineering to our General Contractor clients we provide options of various finishes, choices within the specified wall or roof system, and scheduling options.  These suggestions can be financially attractive due to the cost of the product itself or ease of installation which translates to an expedited delivery schedule.
